4. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Plans
Customers may cancel active subscriptions at any time through the provided billing system or by contacting Designcharm support.
Upon cancellation:
Future recurring charges will stop.
Current subscription access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date may result in automatic renewal charges.
One-Time Projects & Custom Services
For custom one-time projects:
Cancellation requests submitted before work begins may qualify for a partial or full refund.
Once work, strategy, production, revisions, or creative processing has started, refunds may be reduced or denied depending on project progress.

Customers agree to contact Designcharm support before initiating chargebacks or disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks after successful service delivery or platform access may result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Permanent account termination
Submission of evidence, communication logs, and delivery proof to payment processors and financial institutions
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
5–10 business days for Indian transactions
7–15 business days for international transactions
Actual timelines depend on payment gateways, card providers, and banking institutions.
10. Taxes & Compliance
